10/24/11 Journal

Today was Monday, which meant it was our acting day. For the first period of class, Zari and I worked on our open scene. Zari has come to the conclusin that by doing weird things, my objectives become a lot clearer when I talk. I did things such as jumping jacks, streches, and running in place while doing the scene and it was a lot better than when I was just standing there. Hopefully the next time we present the scenes I will do a much better job than last time. During the second period, Robbie and I helped Scarlett put together costumes for her Senior Showcase film. It was my first time working with costumes this year, and I can honestly say I had a lot of fun doing it. I honestly think that costume design will possibly be my major. With more time and practice I think I can become really good at it.
